ONGOING SUPPORT
Our service to you does not end when the tool is completed. All moulds are tested under production conditions and are only approved when mold can run mass production in customer's plant.
MOLD WEEKLY REPORT
A weekly progress report will be subitted to customer every week with actual photos to ensure our customer can keep track of the status. Each step such as: CNC machining, heat treatment, EDM, Wire cutting, Polishing, Fitting etc will show to customer.
MOLD TRIAL REPORT
After every mold trial, we will provide a detailed report to customer, include: mold pictures, raw material used, cooling connection, balance test, freeze test, actual mold temperature, mold or part problems&solutions, engravings, parameters and trial video at least 3 continuous shots etc.
MOLD FINAL INSPECTION
We will disassemble every components of the mold to clean and check, adapt the sprue bush, locating ring size, cooling connectors, hot runner harting etc to make sure customer can put the mold on their machine to start production right when they received our molds. and before shipment, we always put the mold on machine to run straight 3 hours with plastics to make sure mold function will be in a good condition. We have a detailed inspection list with more than 80 detiled checking items. Documents to be shipped together with mold:
