EROWA
Epoko Tooling Technology Co., Limited has equipped with EROWA system for all electrodes, which helps to improve precision and efficiency of EDM process. All electrodes will be measured by CMM after machining and before be used for EDM.
CMM MEASURING
Epoko Tooling Technology Co., Limited has equipped CMM machine, to measure:
Steel inserts, electrodes and plastic parts;
Steel inserts will be measured after each step of machining;
Electrodes will be measured after machining and before EDM;
Plastic parts will be measured after every trial;
etc.
STEEL&HARDNESS
Epoko Tooling Technology Co., Limited always provide <Steel certification> and <Heat treatment report> to our customer, but also always measure the hardness by ourselves after heat treatment and prepare a report for customer.
3D SCANNING
Epoko Tooling Technology Co., Limited also equipped with 3D Scanning to help to measure the plastic part, with 3D scanning it is easier to check the general part deformation by comparing scanning result with part 3D. which helps us to easy understand how to improve plastic parts.
